Out of the box · how the email connection works

It's your actual inbox

Everything on this page works because the assistant talks to your real Outlook, not a copy and not an export. Here's exactly how that connection works, from your side, because it's fair to want to know before you sign anything in.

You sign in, as you

One time during setup, it connects to your mailbox through Microsoft's official API (called "Graph"), using an app Andre registered and approved as the company's Microsoft 365 admin. You sign in on Microsoft's own login page, with your normal work account and whatever two-factor you normally use. The assistant never sees your password.

What it can and can't touch

What that buys you

Because it's your real inbox, the jobs on this page are the real thing, not a demo: it doctors the mailbox you actually use, drafts into your actual Drafts, and reads the actual threads to build a meeting cheat sheet. The connection is the boring bit that makes all the good bits real.

Setup is one step, once. It's Part 2 of the pack: paste one command, restart, sign in on the Microsoft page. Five minutes, and you never do it again. If your account throws a wall at sign-in, that's a Microsoft account setting on your side, not a fault in the pack. Send Andre what it says.
